florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Thanks for having me.

20

:

I'm so excited.

21

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: I would

love for you to just kind of start out by

22

:

telling us who you are and what do you do.

23

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yes, so I'm Florencia.

24

:

I'm the founder of the Catholic

Nutritionist and we are a Catholic women's

25

:

health practice, specifically for Catholic

women who want to optimize their health

26

:

through a holistic lens and without

destroying their relationship with food.

27

:

So we care a lot, a lot about really

seeing food as a gift and as a blessing.

28

:

And how do you, how do you use it

strategically while also having

29

:

a lot of peace and freedom.

30

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

Yeah, that sounds amazing.

31

:

Can you just kind of dive a little

bit about into your journey,

32

:

like how did you even start this?

33

:

What was the journey that led you

from, I know we talked about you

34

:

being a missionary and I read a little

bit about this on your website, you

35

:

know, what journey, what was the

journey that took you from being

36

:

an exhausted missionary, which.

37

:

I can relate, anybody in, in, in ministry

can relate, um, to becoming a holistic

38

:

nutritionist and a fem instructor.

39

:

I know that you also do stuff in

kind of the fertility realm, so share

40

:

about what that journey was like.

41

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

I wish it was a cute story, but it's

42

:

a lot of rock bottoms over and over,

which is really like most people that

43

:

you will meet in the health industry.

44

:

It's a very similar, and that's why

if if you, someone like really cares,

45

:

all of a sudden it's typically because

they've gone through a lot, a lot, a lot.

46

:

So for me, I call it this

like terrible trifecta.

47

:

It was like my Bermuda triangle of

my life was really horrible Periods.

48

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

49

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Devastating, long, excruciating,

50

:

like, and just being told to get on

birth control from the time I was

51

:

like 14 on that was my only option.

52

:

Then really, really bad gut

issues where it was like,

53

:

well then just stop eating me.

54

:

Wait, you can just take me and like

going back and forth and like just

55

:

a lot of pain every single day.

56

:

So really struggling with food.

57

:

From a symptomatic sense, but then

also struggling with food, with, um,

58

:

a very long history of disordered

eating and very disordered body image.

59

:

And so this little Bermuda triangle, my

little, my little battleship finally sank

60

:

actually my first year as a missionary.

61

:

Um, because I just like spiraled a few

different factors, which if you've ever.

62

:

Struggled with disordered eating

and you think that it's, you'll

63

:

be like, oh, it's like done.

64

:

Like that's the kind of the mindset that

I had that I was like, oh, it's over.

65

:

Like God healed that.

66

:

That was something I

struggled with in high school.

67

:

We're past it and it took me a

really, really long time and it took

68

:

me hitting kind of rock bottom again

to realize that this is like a scar

69

:

that's always gonna be on my heart.

70

:

And sometimes scar tissue, it gets

a little, like, if it gets moved the

71

:

wrong way, the pain opens back up.

72

:

And that's kind of how I

describe what happened there.

73

:

So I kind of like.

74

:

Plummeted into the worst things

that I had ever done in terms of

75

:

like how I was treating myself.

76

:

And it wasn't until my second year I,

oh, well, I got engaged in the middle

77

:

of that, which is like a very bizarre,

bizarre season to be living when

78

:

you're already like, um, surviving.

79

:

And then it was through, like I started

tracking my cycle and my Creighton

80

:

instructor, I remember her being like, oh.

81

:

Yeah, you need to go see a doctor and

that like my stomach dropped because it

82

:

was like always something that I had like

been confused and worried about and I was

83

:

so excited to track my cycle, but then

to be told like, oh, there's obviously

84

:

things that are wrong with your hormones,

but then not be told what to do about it.

85

:

I found it like really distressing

and that was kind of the way.

86

:

Call that I needed where the Lord was

like, Hey, like what you're doing,

87

:

like literally goes against the way

I designed your body to function.

88

:

So I got like super into everything and

really realized what the Lord's plan was.

89

:

And then I was like, man, Catholic, women

of all women are the ones that should

90

:

be like the, the heralds of this truth.

91

:

The ones that are able to like

scream this off the mountaintops.

92

:

So then quit, went back to

school, and then here we're.

93

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

Oh my goodness.

94

:

That is amazing.

95

:

Sounds like a rocky road you were

on, but you're so right when you talk

96

:

about how like the people that know

so much or the people that really

97

:

care, or the people that are really

in the wellness industry, I think

98

:

especially there to like help with.

99

:

All of this kind of stuff is because

they went through it themselves.

100

:

They experienced life

before and life after.

101

:

It's kind of like your own

little testimony, you know,

102

:

like pre Jesus, post Jesus.

103

:

Not that this is Jesus, but you know,

like you've experienced what life

104

:

was like before and then you, I.

105

:

Actually work towards finding healing

and now you're experiencing the freedom

106

:

afterwards, which is so amazing.

107

:

So first of all, thank you

for the work that you do.

108

:

I bet that you're just helping so

many women and I think just the

109

:

story you just shared, probably so

many listeners can relate to one

110

:

or several parts of that journey.

111

:

Um, none of these are like one-off

situations that, you know, you're

112

:

weird for experiencing that.

113

:

Um, I think it's very

unfortunately very common.

114

:

So.

115

:

Thank you for sharing that.

116

:

curious, when was the turning point that

you feel like you had where you realized,

117

:

oh, my body's not just broken or bad.

118

:

You know, there's actually just

something deeper that's going on

119

:

that I just haven't found out yet.

120

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

It was a, I like that you, thank

121

:

you for asking it that way because

like, it truly was this battle

122

:

and this war against my body

123

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

124

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

being like, oh, it is just, I guess it's

125

:

broken, and like, why does it always

feel like it's working against me?

126

:

Um, and there was a very distinct turning

point, um, at Leanne Bowens Ranch.

127

:

Know Leanne.

128

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yes.

129

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Okay.

130

:

She's an artist.

131

:

We love her.

132

:

And she like was so gracious and

had a bunch of the women missionary

133

:

over to her ranch for a little

retreat, which we needed desperately.

134

:

And that's the good thing about a

retreat is that it like pulls you

135

:

out of your environment where you can

like start to think and breathe again.

136

:

And I was living in like.

137

:

Long Beach, California, which

is very tight city, very

138

:

busy, and it was like COVID.

139

:

So it was a very unpleasant

time to live in a city.

140

:

So we go out to like this beautiful

green rolling hills, and at one point she

141

:

shared her testimony, like right in the

beginning when we got there, she shares

142

:

her testimony and part of it is like that,

that one saying of like, what will you

143

:

do with this one wild and precious life.

144

:

And it was that reflecting on that,

that then led her into her art business

145

:

and like really giving her heart to

the Lord in many, many other ways.

146

:

And I remember hearing that question

and like being sad and hearing

147

:

the question and being like, oh.

148

:

Like I'm, why does it feel

like I'm like not living right?

149

:

Like I'm, I just got married.

150

:

I am like doing the job that

I wanted to do for years.

151

:

I'm living in a city that I thought

that I wanted to live in really bad.

152

:

Like all these things are like, good,

but why does it feel like I'm like,

153

:

totally, my life is like passing

me by, or I am just like not living

154

:

it the way that God wants me to.

155

:

And so I was just like

immediately thrown into.

156

:

Despair almost and being like, you

know when something hits you and then

157

:

you're just like in your own world.

158

:

And so I remember like walking through

the fields, she like took us on a

159

:

walk to look at, it's a cattle ranch

that they live on and she took us on

160

:

a walk through the fields and I'm like

staring down at the grass and I'm like,

161

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: no.

162

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

like if little me met me, if

163

:

like 7-year-old me met me, she'd

be like, what are we doing?

164

:

Like.

165

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

like lost girl.

166

:

I,

167

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

And like on the outside, everything's

168

:

going great, but I feel like

only she would know because she'd

169

:

be like, why are you so sad?

170

:

Like, why do you cry every day?

171

:

And like, why, why are you

like destroying your body?

172

:

And like all of these different things.

173

:

And so it really was this huge gut

check of being like, man, Lord,

174

:

like I feel like if 7-year-old me

met me, she would be disappointed.

175

:

And like, how did you even make

my heart, like that heart that

176

:

I had as like a little girl?

177

:

Like what's, what's even in it?

178

:

Because now I feel like I just like

layered all these other things of like

179

:

other people's expectations or things

that I thought might be cool, but maybe

180

:

didn't like actually align with who I am.

181

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

182

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

so then I was like.

183

:

I literally don't know how to pray

through this, but they had adoration

184

:

in her living room that night and so

I was like, I'm gonna open Genesis.

185

:

I was like, where?

186

:

Where else do you go?

187

:

But the very beginning when

you have no idea what to do.

188

:

So I opened Genesis two and I

like reread the creation account

189

:

and I swear it was like I had

never read it in my entire life.

190

:

I like read it and it was like jumping

off the page where I was like, oh my gosh.

191

:

Like everything we

needed was in the garden.

192

:

Like when we say, and this was like when

that one song, I think it's Stephanie

193

:

Retinger, about like This is the Garden.

194

:

That one was like.

195

:

Really popular and I

would listen to it a lot.

196

:

And so I would like pray with

this idea of the garden a lot.

197

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yeah.

198

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

go into the garden in Genesis

199

:

and I'm like, everything's there.

200

:

Our vocation, like all I ever wanted

was to get married and now I have like

201

:

the love of my life right next to me.

202

:

And then he gives us like the

animal stick care of, all I ever

203

:

wanted was like a bunch of cows and

horses and like every little girl.

204

:

Um, and then he's like the land

to take care of and like all of

205

:

the fruit off of the trees to eat.

206

:

And I was like, oh my gosh.

207

:

He gave us like.

208

:

That's, that's what a good life is.

209

:

And I don't know if you remember

this, but you were at that training,

210

:

but at my first year summer training

father, or sorry, Monsignor Shea gave

211

:

a talk on the Art of Living Well,

212

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

213

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

and it changed my brain

214

:

because he was like.

215

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: whole,

that whole summer that I was there with

216

:

you, that whole summer changed my brain.

217

:

So I'm like, I do remember that talk.

218

:

I don't know if I specifically

remember like the main points of that.

219

:

'cause I was also like, I don't

know, 20, like soaking everything up.

220

:

It was just game changing for me.

221

:

But anyways, keep going.

222

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

But he just kept talking about how

223

:

he was like, you guys of all people

should know how to live well and

224

:

you should be an example of that.

225

:

And like, I remember one of the examples

he gave, he was like, do you know

226

:

why I have like Rombauer Zinfandel

at Chesterton's at the bar on campus?

227

:

Like, do you know why we sell that there?

228

:

Because I think it's one of the best

wines in the world, and I need you

229

:

to know what good wine tastes like.

230

:

Before you go out onto a college

campus and around people that

231

:

are just like drinking to drink

and to like drown themselves, you

232

:

know, all these kinds of things.

233

:

And I just like that year I thought

a lot about like, what does it

234

:

mean to like rediscover the art of

living well and to like live a life

235

:

that's worthy of imitation and.

236

:

Just going through that again and

being like, wow, like in the garden,

237

:

that's like what living well is.

238

:

And so then I was like, wait, I

cannot be like at odds with my

239

:

body and at odds with food if this

is like a gift that he's given.

240

:

It was like a very, very clear

moment of being like, and then

241

:

really being him, being like, do

you believe that you're made good?

242

:

Like when I said that to you in the

garden, like, do you believe that?

243

:

And at that point, no, I couldn't say

that I did, you know, but it was a

244

:

journey that he was like trying to take

me on and that's I think why he led it.

245

:

Like kind of crash and burn the way that

it needed to in order that I would be

246

:

like, Lord, I have to ask you again.

247

:

Like I feel like I just

wasn't asking anymore

248

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

249

:

That is incredible.

250

:

I love that you had that moment like.

251

:

I know you weren't like in the jungle or

in a garden, but like in, in, in nature,

252

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

the fields.

253

:

Yeah.

254

:

Yeah.

255

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: like

in creation, in god's like beautiful

256

:

creation where he like brought you back

to the garden and like his intention

257

:

for you and your body and how good you

are and how good his creation is and how

258

:

he gave us everything that we needed.

259

:

Um, sometimes we need to be like

taken out of our day to day and our

260

:

daily routine and our environment to.

261

:

Actually feel like we hear God speak into

our lives, so I'm not surprised that's

262

:

when you had your like big aha moment.

263

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Truly, truly, I think it's like, he's

264

:

like, girl, we gotta get you moving.

265

:

We, we gotta change the scenery so that

your brain can be opened in your heart.

266

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Totally.

267

:

Totally.

268

:

So for those who might be unfamiliar

with the term like holistic

269

:

nutrition, how would you describe it?

270

:

How is it different from

maybe conventional approaches

271

:

that people are more used to?

272

:

And if you wanna answer within

that, who might benefit from

273

:

this type of nutrition approach?

274

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yes.

275

:

Yes.

276

:

Okay.

277

:

I think one of the like

starkest contrasts.

278

:

Between holistic and or functional

care and conventional care

279

:

is that we are really working

to see the person as a whole.

280

:

And whereas like the common

experience of a woman is like,

281

:

oh, you have really bad periods.

282

:

Okay, go ahead and go talk to your ob.

283

:

And then when you're at

the ob, you're like, yeah.

284

:

And when my period starts,

my skin freaks out.

285

:

And they're like, oh, good.

286

:

Then you should go talk to your derm.

287

:

And then you're with the derm and you're

like, Hey, and I started this medication

288

:

and it's like my stomach is like.

289

:

Torn up and they're like, Hmm,

maybe we should get you with the gi.

290

:

Like we're just like used to being

split up in a ton of like tiny pieces.

291

:

And I feel like as women, it's so

rare that we actually go to get

292

:

care and have everything be tied

together, which everything is like

293

:

no system in the body works alone.

294

:

Your cycle is not completely separate.

295

:

Separate from your skin and it's not

completely separate from your gut

296

:

and it's not completely separate from

like your mood and your mental health.

297

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

298

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

single thing works as one

299

:

and it influences each other.

300

:

And so I feel like it's the

only way that makes sense.

301

:

And then in a particular sense, like

as Catholics, I think it's the only way

302

:

that makes sense and can really help

to like honor creation when we see the

303

:

whole, of course we need conventional

medicine and western medicine for a lot of

304

:

things, but I do think having a holistic

perspective just in our own lives.

305

:

Really can help us, um, kind of wash

away a lot of the frustration of

306

:

thinking that your body is broken and

that it just doesn't make any sense.

307

:

Whereas it's like, well, yeah,

like we have to sum up the parts.

308

:

We have to put it all together

for everything to start to click.

309

:

So holistic, I would really

think is just like whole person.

310

:

Putting together all the systems

of the body and we're looking for

311

:

optimal health rather than only ever

treating things when we're sick.

312

:

Um, and like how much, how much of

our sickness in our world and in

313

:

our country right now is because

of our nutrition and our lifestyle.

314

:

Like how much of it is just because

of the way that, that the daily habits

315

:

that we have completely go against the

way God created our bodies to function.

316

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yeah.

317

:

Oh my gosh.

318

:

Absolutely.

319

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

It's brutal.

320

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: like

your Catholic faith informs this approach?

321

:

Like, how does your Catholic

faith influence the way you

322

:

approach nutrition and wellness?

323

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Hmm.

324

:

I love that.

325

:

Well, one, we're all big.

326

:

Uh, my whole team is all Catholic and

actually all preview former missionaries.

327

:

So like we all have very similar

formation, which is really fun.

328

:

Um, we're all big TOB girlies.

329

:

So really technology of the body and

the, the, the meaning, the spousal

330

:

meaning of the body and beginning

to see that a lot of people do walk

331

:

around like they're just, um, wearing

skin suits, soles with skin suits.

332

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Hmm.

333

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

That is like completely anti-Catholic.

334

:

Like that is, that is not

how we see the body at all.

335

:

But it's kind of this idea that it's

like, oh, this is just a container.

336

:

My soul is what's really, really holy

and good and that's worth taking care of.

337

:

Um, and it is honorable for me to

like pray and go to confession and

338

:

participant in sacraments, but we

go to the opposite extreme and then

339

:

it's like, well then it would be.

340

:

Sinful or selfish or self-centered

if I actually cared about the body

341

:

as well, when really we have to like

reintegrate the mind, the body, and the

342

:

soul to like live a good human life.

343

:

So that's a big thing about

like reintegrating it.

344

:

That's one of the the biggest things

that we work on with women is being

345

:

like, Hey, like you are totally

allowed to care about this and you

346

:

are so right to care about this.

347

:

And that's actually one of the most

generous things you can do as a Catholic

348

:

woman, especially if you dream of like.

349

:

Being a mom one day, or maybe you

work in ministry and you serve so

350

:

many people or whatever it may be

like your body's gonna go with you,

351

:

so you have to start paying attention.

352

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Totally.

353

:

And I just, I love the whole concept

of like integrating all together,

354

:

and I think that's part of why I.

355

:

Feel like the holistic and functional

integrative approach is so in line with

356

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Mm-hmm.

357

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: a

Christian worldview because we do

358

:

believe that it is all integrated,

like God didn't create all these

359

:

parts to be separate from each other.

360

:

They all inform each other,

they all affect each other.

361

:

And while we're going through physical

healing with whatever it might be like.

362

:

God is also working in our

heart and in our soul to

363

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yeah.

364

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

have there be emotional

365

:

healing and spiritual healing.

366

:

And I mean, I've

experienced that firsthand.

367

:

Like we've shared our fertility journey

online and it has been a health journey,

368

:

a a long journey that we are like

constantly like appointments, learning

369

:

new things, testing, like learning

new things about my body, my nutrition

370

:

hormones, how it all affects each other.

371

:

And along the way, like.

372

:

I don't know how that could ever be

separate from my emotional health and my

373

:

spiritual health, because I'm inviting

God into every step of the journey and

374

:

every time we find something and you

offering it back to him and asking his

375

:

guidance and asking him like everything

he allows in our life is intentional.

376

:

I'm like, why have you brought me here?

377

:

What are you using this journey for?

378

:

You know, where is there healing in

this space as well as the physical, you

379

:

know, space that you are providing for.

380

:

So that integration

that you're bringing up.

381

:

I think it's so important.

382

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

You could probably even speak to

383

:

that, like with how much you've

gone through in your health journey

384

:

in the past few years of like it.

385

:

The Lord allows it, and for whatever

reason, he's like, Hey, this is actually

386

:

one of the best ways that I can reach

this very specific part of your heart.

387

:

Like with every single test that you do or

every change that you do, like you uncover

388

:

different parts that you're like, oh, I

would've never known this about myself.

389

:

I would've never known how little I trust

you if I didn't have to go through this.

390

:

Or I would've never known

like how quick I am to like.

391

:

Turn on you and to like, get

resentful if I don't get what I want.

392

:

You know, like it's, he really uses

like the bodily weakness and the healing

393

:

journey to be like, Hey, like now we're

gonna go to a separate part of your

394

:

heart that we've never gone to before.

395

:

And like, this is the time.

396

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yes.

397

:

Yeah.

398

:

Gosh.

399

:

I feel like we could do a whole

podcast episode just on that.

400

:

That is so good.

401

:

Um, let's shift gears a little

bit to talk about feminine

402

:

health, feminine femininity.

403

:

'cause I know that's a big

part of your mission as well.

404

:

So you talk a lot about honoring

the feminine body and seeing

405

:

it as good and beautiful.

406

:

So can you share more of like, what is

your heart behind this and how does this

407

:

tie into the specific work that you do?

408

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Hmm.

409

:

Well really one, I'm a girl, girl.

410

:

I was raised by girls.

411

:

I'm around girls.

412

:

Like I only ever want to talk to girls.

413

:

Obviously I love my husband, but

there's just like something about the

414

:

feminine heart and the feminine mind.

415

:

I think it's the best thing in the world.

416

:

The the dilemma.

417

:

Is when you start to see being a

woman as being a curse, just because

418

:

of like what you're experiencing in

your body, um, or sincerely, like your

419

:

femininity is on attack every single day.

420

:

Every single day.

421

:

Like it is one of the devil's.

422

:

Favorite things and

like, why could that be?

423

:

Like, could it be that like you're

the crown of creation and you're

424

:

also the heart of your home.

425

:

And so if like the devil can reach

you, if the devil can reach a woman's

426

:

heart and be like, Hey, you need

to be obsessed about how you look.

427

:

The whole point of your life

is to be as small as possible.

428

:

Um, everything you do is not good enough.

429

:

You actually need to be trying

way harder all the time too.

430

:

But don't be vain and at the same time,

like make sure that everyone around

431

:

you is constantly pleased and like that

vocation that God has promised you.

432

:

Yeah, you need to work for it and earn it.

433

:

And like you can't actually trust that

he has good things planned for you.

434

:

Like it's this like constant barrage that

then it makes it be like, what is this?

435

:

Like is this what it's, and

I, I remember like exhausting.

436

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

that whole list is exhausting.

437

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

And it's like so real.

438

:

And then on top of it, layer in that like

once a month you're like knocked out cold

439

:

for four days and like woken up in the

middle of the night with horrible cramps.

440

:

You know, like that.

441

:

That is a recipe for

resentment against the father.

442

:

And that's like the whole,

that's the whole plan.

443

:

Like that's the enemy's plan is for

you to like, not trust that he's

444

:

good and that you have a father

that wants to take care of you and.

445

:

I just distinctly remember having a friend

tell me once that she was like, gosh,

446

:

like my cycle feels like such a curse that

I'm like, why did God do this to women?

447

:

And I remember being like, oh, like that.

448

:

And this is a faithful woman.

449

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

450

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

To think that God is like just cursing

451

:

us with the design of our body.

452

:

That's where I think like understanding

how your body works is so critical

453

:

because it's like, is it, are you

like doomed forever to horrible book

454

:

preamps, which is what I thought.

455

:

I was literally like, oh, it's

just genetic and I just like

456

:

have to suffer this forever.

457

:

But I also was eating garbage

and not eating enough and eating

458

:

a lot of the wrong foods and not

sleeping and never going outside.

459

:

Like so many factors that I was choosing

that I just didn't know were causing that.

460

:

So I think in order to like truly, truly

embrace the Lord's creation, he made us

461

:

man and woman and like what does it mean

to be a woman and what does it mean to

462

:

be a woman of faith and to like delight.

463

:

I feel like he like was

probably like, oh man.

464

:

I like can't wait for them

to figure out this far.

465

:

And like, just the way that like, like

a good man will delight in the woman in

466

:

front of him and, and be like, oh my gosh.

467

:

Like, he kinda like the way that men

point out little things about women

468

:

that you're like, oh, like I never.

469

:

I never would've noticed that.

470

:

Or like with your husband,

he'll say things and you're

471

:

like, ah, you think that's cute?

472

:

Like, I never would've seen it.

473

:

'cause it's like we're just so used to it.

474

:

It kinda becomes old news.

475

:

But I think having like that all

in wonder again to repair the

476

:

relationship with our own bodies and

with our Lord is really critical.

477

:

And also in a world, let's be real.

478

:

Like in a world that's telling you

that like there's no such thing as

479

:

man and woman and that like you can

do whatever you want and none of it

480

:

matters and that this doesn't have any

meaning, but it's like, actually we need

481

:

to put all the meaning back into it.

482

:

And part of that is

like, what is the design?

483

:

Like what is the design that the

creation sings about The creator?

484

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

Yeah, I feel like.

485

:

So many women that are, I

just heard you say all that.

486

:

Probably just feel so heard and

comforted because like you said

487

:

before, a lot of them probably have

gone to the doctor and the only

488

:

answer they got was birth control.

489

:

And so they probably just felt

like, oh, my body, my femininity is

490

:

something to be suppressed because

it's clearly causing a problem and

491

:

there's nothing I can do about it.

492

:

And so you sharing all this is opening.

493

:

The door to the possibility of like,

maybe do I just not understand how

494

:

it works and I'm not supporting it.

495

:

Maybe there is a better way.

496

:

Maybe I don't have to believe it's bad.

497

:

Maybe I don't have to suppress

it and try and get rid of it.

498

:

'cause that has all of the

effects that come with it as well

499

:

besides just removing your cramps.

500

:

Um, so.

501

:

Let, let's get into the women's cycle.

502

:

Talk to me about women's cycles.

503

:

Why is it so important for women

to understand their cycles and

504

:

how does this tie into their

overall picture of their health?

505

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Okay, stunning.

506

:

One of my like 2025 resolutions was to go

at the birth control industry's throat.

507

:

So let's talk about birth

control for a second.

508

:

The way the hormonal birth control

works is that it turns off your cycle

509

:

exactly what you were saying, like

let's get rid of the problem altogether.

510

:

We are literally throwing the baby out

with the bath water, and I will say.

511

:

I had so many conversations with

girls at Seek that they were like,

512

:

I'm on birth control and I don't

want to be, or I'm on birth control.

513

:

And I'm like so embarrassed of it,

or I feel like I'm St thinning.

514

:

And I was like, wait,

wait, wait, wait, wait.

515

:

Like that's not what's happening here.

516

:

Like totally separate thing to be

using birth control as a contraceptive

517

:

versus like you are totally single

and that's what your dermatologist

518

:

gave you to clear up your skin.

519

:

Very different scenario.

520

:

So I feel like Catholic women are

walking around with a lot of, of, of

521

:

heavy burden of being like, this is

my only option, but I know in my heart

522

:

only option, I have to air quotes here.

523

:

That is not your only option.

524

:

Um, but they're being told that

this is the only option, but

525

:

at the same time, they're like.

526

:

It makes me feel awful.

527

:

I feel like a shell of myself.

528

:

I feel miserable.

529

:

Um, and yeah, maybe my

skin is getting clear.

530

:

My cramps haven't been as bad, but

like this is not a long-term solution

531

:

because I wanna be a mom one day.

532

:

Like it just, nothing about it.

533

:

Makes sense.

534

:

So let's go back.

535

:

It's kind of like starting with

why have you read the book?

536

:

Start With Why.

537

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: No.

538

:

What is it about?

539

:

I haven't

540

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

It's a really good business book.

541

:

Um, but it's all about like, you have

to start with like the why in the

542

:

beginning and then we work backwards.

543

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm.

544

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

so.

545

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

I remember hearing like Ted talk

546

:

about that growing up in school,

so I might've been that guy.

547

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

It's him, Simon Sin.

548

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yes, yes.

549

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

It's really good and the phenomenal.

550

:

But he tells this story of like, these

American, um, like car executives

551

:

going to a Japanese car factory and

the, at the factory, they're like

552

:

watching how they go through like

the final steps of control and stuff.

553

:

And so he sees that like one

step that they do at all of their

554

:

American factories, they're not

doing at this Japanese factory

555

:

after they put the doors on the car.

556

:

And so he like turns to one of

the workers and he's like, Hey.

557

:

When do you guys like

check that the doors fit?

558

:

Like at our factory, at the very end when

we put on the doors, we hammer to make

559

:

sure that they fit correctly and the, the

Japanese worker is like, we make sure that

560

:

the doors fit when we design it like that.

561

:

We're not, we're not like

figuring that out at the end.

562

:

We started with that in the first place.

563

:

Right?

564

:

That's the whole concept of.

565

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

hammering it, forcing it to go in,

566

:

like you just make it correctly.

567

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

make it correctly.

568

:

He's like, did you guys not

figure that out beforehand?

569

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: That's so

570

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

I feel like that is such a good example

571

:

of like the concept of like, instead of

always working on like, well, what's the

572

:

supplement that's gonna fix my periods?

573

:

Or should I be doing carnivore?

574

:

Should I be fasting?

575

:

Should I be vegan?

576

:

Whatever it may be.

577

:

And constantly trying to fix your problem.

578

:

Your body isn't a problem to be fixed.

579

:

It's not you.

580

:

You are a per, first of all, you are a

person to be loved and to be understood.

581

:

So like, let's understand

how your body works first.

582

:

And like I shared in the beginning,

like my turning point was finally

583

:

having data about my body that had

nothing to do with how I looked.

584

:

That was what was like all I had ever

known was to tear my body apart by like

585

:

what I saw and that it wasn't enough,

or that things were too big or not

586

:

small enough or whatever it may be.

587

:

Lumps and bumps.

588

:

Like that's all my body was

like for, to like, um, kind of

589

:

just tear apart in that way.

590

:

But it was like when I finally

started learning how to check my

591

:

cycle, I was like, oh, there's

like a lot more going on here.

592

:

And I always call it, I call it like this,

um, the feminine formula to like a healthy

593

:

feminine body is safety and abundance.

594

:

Those two keys are critical.

595

:

So like in order for you to have a

healthy cycle, that's one example.

596

:

Or to have a healthy metabolism or a

healthy fertility, whatever it may be,

597

:

your body needs to know that it's safe.

598

:

The feminine body does not do

well in emergencies, and it needs

599

:

to know that there's abundance.

600

:

There's so many nutrients

involved with you like ovulating.

601

:

There's so many nutrients

involved with you having energy

602

:

throughout the day, right?

603

:

There's, um, there's so much sleep that

you need that maybe like your brother,

604

:

your dad or your boyfriend don't need.

605

:

It's just different.

606

:

And so, uh, when we can kind of

like, hone in and say, well, let's

607

:

have a data point of like what

is happening inside of your body.

608

:

Now we have this window into

your whole health, and that's

609

:

really what your cycle can be.

610

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

That is incredible.

611

:

Like, and, and I feel like I can attest

to that kind of enlightenment moment too,

612

:

when you start learning about your cycle.

613

:

Because I mean, Yeah, like I started

charting once I got engaged, and there's

614

:

just so much information that can tell us

615

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yeah.

616

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

other parts of our hormones and

617

:

our over overall, overall health.

618

:

And I had heard it called, um, how

many vital signs are there normally?

619

:

Five.

620

:

Okay.

621

:

Yeah.

622

:

Yeah.

623

:

So I, I heard this was the fifth.

624

:

Yeah, that's what I had heard it

called, like, this is like your extra

625

:

vital sign that like this will tell you

something about like how you're doing.

626

:

Um, so it tells you a lot more

besides just like, oh, when am

627

:

I supposed to get my period?

628

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

And that's like the whole thing.

629

:

Which did you also think that

you, like, I don't know why I like

630

:

literally walked around thinking that

I, I wasn't supposed to learn how to

631

:

check my cycle until I got engaged.

632

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

I had never even heard about it.

633

:

So like, I like growing up, like I didn't

know, and I had friends who even like

634

:

kept track of like when their period came.

635

:

I never did that.

636

:

I was just like, one day it shows up

and you're like, okay, here we go again.

637

:

And it, that wasn't too like, was

engaged and started charting that.

638

:

I was like, okay, like now I

know when everything happens.

639

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yeah, I lit.

640

:

I don't even, I probably didn't

know what ovulation even was until

641

:

I was in my like mid twenties.

642

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

I don't think I did either.

643

:

I don't think I did either.

644

:

And like when my practitioner

was like, so like, when do you

645

:

notice like this kind of mucus?

646

:

And I was like, I, I, I, what?

647

:

I don't know.

648

:

I, I don't know.

649

:

I don't look at that like

whatcha talking about.

650

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Literally.

651

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

It teaches you so much.

652

:

It teaches you so, so much.

653

:

Um, okay.

654

:

Okay.

655

:

We gotta keep going 'cause

we could talk for forever.

656

:

Next question I have for you.

657

:

It is important.

658

:

What are some of the biggest lies you

feel like women have been told about their

659

:

bodies or about food or about their cycle?

660

:

And how do you help women rewrite

those narratives in what you do?

661

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Mm.

662

:

The rewriting comes from understanding

how God made you and that like the

663

:

frustration, the walls have to come down.

664

:

Your body's not at war with you,

like your body's on the same team.

665

:

All your body ever wants to do

is like fend for your survival.

666

:

Um, so starting with that,

I think is most important.

667

:

But then the lies that we see

is that my body is just broken.

668

:

Whatever X symptom, it's genetic

and I'm doomed to this for life.

669

:

Um, birth control is my only option.

670

:

Food is either something that I control

or something that I indulge in, or it's

671

:

an enemy rather than it being a gift

from God and a sign of God's love for us.

672

:

Um, my weight is my worth, my, um, my

ability to have children, or my fear

673

:

that my PCOS is gonna keep me from

being a mom makes me less of a woman.

674

:

And I'm afraid that people won't want

me if they find out that I have PCOS

675

:

literal conversations that I have had.

676

:

And it gives me chills because it

is one of the most demonic things

677

:

in the world, and I wish I could

just like snuggle every single girl

678

:

that feels like that and be like.

679

:

You are good and like you are lovable,

even with a little diagnosis on there.

680

:

You know what I'm saying?

681

:

Like, and I don't want to

minimize PCOS is it's, it's rough.

682

:

Like there's a lot of symptoms that

are involved there, but like the, the

683

:

way that the devil will warp anything

about your body into it being like,

684

:

well, you're not gonna be lovable

or you're not gonna be wanted, or

685

:

like, you're gonna live a life alone.

686

:

I've seen it.

687

:

It's very, very dark.

688

:

Um.

689

:

Or that you can't trust anybody and

that you have to DIY this, and you

690

:

have to figure it all out by yourself.

691

:

You have to become obsessed

with being your own.

692

:

Uh, doctor, because the people that

failed you in the past were signs

693

:

that everyone is going to fail you.

694

:

And now there's no one that

you can trust out there.

695

:

That's another big, big lie I see

with Catholic women in particular.

696

:

Um, and that's where,

listen, I was a DIY girly.

697

:

I would spend like eight hours a

day on Instagram being like, how

698

:

do I put things together and like,

what am I supposed to be doing?

699

:

Instead of just being like, how

would I find someone to help me?

700

:

But I genuinely didn't know.

701

:

I didn't know what was possible and I.

702

:

I think I was just really wounded from

like negative experiences, but I think

703

:

those are some of the biggest lies

that when we can be freed from them.

704

:

That's where like healing begins

and that's when, when we talk about

705

:

freedom, it means not just like,

oh, I have the freedom from like sin

706

:

and I go to confession regularly.

707

:

Yes, I sure hope so, but

like you are not free.

708

:

If the back of your head is 24 7,

like screaming these lies about

709

:

you and making your own life

miserable, like that is not freedom.

710

:

And the Lord, I do really believe that he

wants that for each and every one of us.

711

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

Yeah, I love that.

712

:

And it just ties it back

into the integration of body,

713

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Mm.

714

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

soul and how as we're healing, one,

715

:

we'll find healing in the other,

716

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yeah.

717

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

is so important.

718

:

So the work that you do is obviously

in nutrition, which involves food.

719

:

And I know that sometimes this can

be a sensitive topic for people.

720

:

People have a history with food,

especially women, and can often

721

:

be overwhelmed by, you know.

722

:

Diet culture and like what food is

good to eat, what food is notate, and

723

:

now there's like you said, so much

information I feel like online and on

724

:

Instagram, that you can go on there and

just be instantly overwhelmed by like

725

:

everything that you see about nutrition.

726

:

So to you, you talked

about freedom, right?

727

:

So what does food freedom mean to you and

how can we all start to experience that?

728

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

It's like, okay, if you have

729

:

seen food Freedom online,

this is what I'll tell you.

730

:

I do not believe that it is.

731

:

I had a conversation with someone earlier

this year where she was like, I feel like

732

:

I either go from like super restrictive.

733

:

Oma, intermittent fasting.

734

:

I can only eat.

735

:

I think she was, I don't know if she was

doing carnivore or if she was like just

736

:

doing a really restrictive diet or I

swing to like full intuitive eating where

737

:

I shouldn't have any kind of rules and I

should just eat what I feel like eating.

738

:

Neither of those camps are freedom.

739

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

740

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617: I.

741

:

Okay.

742

:

If we have developed something that is

so rigid that we cannot live a normal

743

:

life, participate in the community

that the Lord has given us, or, um, it

744

:

is our only obsession and we are more

obsessed with what we're eating and

745

:

if we're gonna be able to eat, then

with like the people in front of us.

746

:

That is not freedom.

747

:

And then I also don't think

it's freedom to only ever eat

748

:

what you feel like eating.

749

:

And like, that's where I think

intuitive eating could be taken too

750

:

far, because it's like sometimes

you don't know what you ought to be

751

:

eating to feel strong and healthy,

752

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yeah.

753

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

There's like the, the idea that

754

:

like there can be no rules ever

when it's like, yeah, no, maybe

755

:

not rules, but certainly structure

756

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yeah.

757

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

in terms of like freedom, I think of

758

:

like if we're gonna go back to the

garden and if you're gonna be this tiny

759

:

little sweet rose that is supposed to

bloom and blossom and grow a trellis

760

:

is what gives enough structure that you

can like climb upwards and be healthy

761

:

and be strong and bloom even more.

762

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

763

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

that, that is how I want you to see proper

764

:

nutrition is it is simply a trellis.

765

:

It is a tool.

766

:

It is, it is, um, like bumpers that help

keep you on the right path so that you

767

:

can have energy all day, poop every day,

have easy periods, like the things that

768

:

you want to have a normal quality of

life or a phenomenal quality of life.

769

:

We do need a certain amount of structure.

770

:

It's also kinda like the JP two thing

where he talks about like having

771

:

the freedom to do what we ought.

772

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

773

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Um, that's something I think about

774

:

a lot with like muck bangers has

gotten like really popular on like

775

:

Instagram and TikTok of just like, you

have no idea what I'm talking about.

776

:

Like, um, videos of people

just eating a lot of food.

777

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

Oh, who my brother, I think

778

:

was telling you about this.

779

:

He's 16 and he's mentioned

something like that, and I was like,

780

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

It.

781

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: that?

782

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Kind of gross.

783

:

Um, have him send you a couple, but

it's like a very common thing now.

784

:

Like there's this one girl that

will go and order like, I don't

785

:

know, five boxes from Wingstop

and then like records eating it.

786

:

I don't think she's actually eating all

of it, but there's this like very strange

787

:

culture around food right now where

it's like food is either only ever for

788

:

pleasure or we need to be full carnivore

and like cutting out all these things.

789

:

What I think is like particularly freeing

is like going back to scripture and being

790

:

like, how does scripture talk about food?

791

:

That was like a, a big deal for me that

I was like, 'cause I was car, I was

792

:

vegetarian and then I was carnivore.

793

:

And so I was like, I've done

all the, all the loony baloney

794

:

things that I could be doing.

795

:

Um, because I was just kind of desperate.

796

:

But going back and being like, okay, well.

797

:

The Lord like promised the Israelites

the land of milk and honey.

798

:

So like, clearly that can't just be like

the land of like inflammation and poison.

799

:

So like I, I, the way that I'm viewing

food, like it doesn't always have

800

:

to be so black and white and rigid,

but there is like so much goodness

801

:

and like the food that he gives us.

802

:

But yeah, the reason that, why

did I bring up the book bangers?

803

:

I think just because of the,

um, having enough structure

804

:

to be like, oh, the freedom.

805

:

Do we ought, like, just because I can.

806

:

Go buy 16 boxes of canes and that

might feel good for a moment.

807

:

That doesn't mean that

that's what's right.

808

:

So I think marrying too of having

like an enjoyable like relationship

809

:

with food and like what do I

like, what do I want to eat with?

810

:

Also being informed of

like what is good for me.

811

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yeah.

812

:

Yeah, totally.

813

:

And I mean, too much of a good

thing can sometimes even be bad.

814

:

And so

815

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Hundred percent.

816

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

is important and

817

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yeah.

818

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

actually helps us achieve freedom.

819

:

It's not restrictive.

820

:

Um, but our current culture

doesn't present it that way.

821

:

Our current culture presents, you know,

structure as something that's holding you

822

:

back and tying you down and, you know,

not letting you reach that full potential.

823

:

So.

824

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yeah.

825

:

Yeah.

826

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

that, that view.

827

:

Um, I know that you emphasize

a foundation's first approach.

828

:

Can you share what are those foundational

habits that you are passionate about?

829

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yes.

830

:

Okay.

831

:

If we're thinking about this temple of

the Holy Spirit building up this strong

832

:

body, um, we cannot build anything

unless we have a strong foundation first.

833

:

And this is also what helps like.

834

:

Dissipate the overwhelm of,

oh my gosh, who do I believe?

835

:

Like every single person is

telling me something different.

836

:

There's 10,000 different diets

and 10,000 different methods.

837

:

Like how do I know what is true?

838

:

That's one of the most common

questions that I get, and this is

839

:

where like the foundations are, these

are the things that are essential

840

:

for the human body to function.

841

:

Period.

842

:

Like yes, there is nuance and you're

an individual and there's gonna

843

:

be uniqueness that you need in

terms of your like diet and habits.

844

:

But having the foundations locked in

first means that you have something

845

:

firm to stand on and to build off of.

846

:

So when I say foundations, this is also

what, like we do a little bit differently.

847

:

I'm a nutritional therapy practitioner,

so NTPs, like were specifically

848

:

trained in the foundations.

849

:

Um, and that being like

the method to freedom.

850

:

So that would be things like

your blood sugar regulation.

851

:

That is like a non-negotiable and

that's something I have like big beef

852

:

with like whole 30 and stuff like

that because it just teaches you what

853

:

not to eat instead of how to eat.

854

:

And so people are like really good

at following the list of like the

855

:

dos and do nots, but it's like, what?

856

:

What are you eating?

857

:

Like, and like do you know how

to balance your blood sugar?

858

:

Because that like will take a lot

of inflammation off your body.

859

:

Um.

860

:

So that's one.

861

:

Circadian rhythm is another

critical foundation.

862

:

Mineral balancing is huge.

863

:

Your hydration is huge.

864

:

All of those kinds of things that it's

like these are true across the board.

865

:

And then you can spring off

into like, okay, well what,

866

:

what are like the shingles?

867

:

Or like what are, what is the outside

decoration of the house, which can

868

:

be a little bit more unique to you?

869

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: What

if somebody had to pick one of those

870

:

to start with, if they're like, okay,

I can't do all of them at once, like

871

:

which one would you say is like, this is

the most important one, or this is the

872

:

one that I think you should start with.

873

:

Which foundation?

874

:

I.

875

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Today, I'm gonna say blood sugar.

876

:

I usually say circadian rhythm, circadian.

877

:

I say no, I'm gonna say blood

sugar today, because um, it

878

:

is, if you can lock in on that.

879

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

big right now because in my doctor's

880

:

appointment, literally this week,

she was like honing in on blood sugar

881

:

and she recommended this blood sugar

monitor thing to like start tracking.

882

:

Yes, yes.

883

:

Oh my gosh.

884

:

I haven't put it on yet.

885

:

I'm like scared.

886

:

I literally picked it up yesterday and I'm

like, I don't want it to poke me, but she

887

:

was like, no, it will give you so much.

888

:

She was raving about it.

889

:

She's like, it's gonna give

you so much information.

890

:

She's like, I do it.

891

:

Every three months, she's like, we're

gonna hone in on your blood sugar.

892

:

And I'm like, what is going on?

893

:

And so this is like truly

providential that you're like,

894

:

today I'm gonna pick blood sugar.

895

:

And I'm like, of course.

896

:

Of course she's gonna pick

blood sugar because I'm hearing

897

:

about blood sugar all week.

898

:

So

899

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

The Lord's like, confirm it.

900

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

Literally.

901

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Tell her she's on the right path.

902

:

Okay.

903

:

Literally, I have mine on right now.

904

:

Are you integrating it with your Aura app?

905

:

Do you have an Ora ring?

906

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

I don't have an aura ring, but she

907

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Okay.

908

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

sync up to like

909

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Your phone,

910

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: app.

911

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

it's so fun.

912

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

like, it'll sync to your phone.

913

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Oh my gosh, you're gonna love it.

914

:

But I just, I've had mine on for a

week and a half because I'm testing it

915

:

for myself because of my blood work.

916

:

And then I'm also testing

it for some clients.

917

:

But the reason I say that is

because, which you do not need a CGM.

918

:

Mari's doing it because she

has a doctor that's gonna watch

919

:

over her and take care of her.

920

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Yes.

921

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

I'm doing it 'cause this is my job.

922

:

My clients will only do it

if we are watching over them.

923

:

I just wanna say that instead of you

like going and DIYing one more thing.

924

:

Please don't.

925

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

yeah, yeah.

926

:

I think you have to get it prescribed.

927

:

I don't think you can

just pick it up anyways.

928

:

Oh, you can?

929

:

Okay.

930

:

Well watch out guys, then.

931

:

Don't go do this until someone

tells you you need to do this.

932

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yeah, because you know why?

933

:

Because 'cause I, I literally was telling

my friend that I had it on and she was

934

:

like, oh, I think I need to do that next.

935

:

And I was like, no, do not do

that because you already don't do

936

:

the things that I tell you to do.

937

:

And I was like, it's just gonna be

more data that's gonna overwhelm

938

:

you because if you don't know how

to use data, data's pointless.

939

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: yep.

940

:

I,

941

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

if you like, can see the data and then

942

:

you can refine based off of it and you

go, oh, like this works really well.

943

:

This doesn't, whatever.

944

:

Like last night I was on my phone,

which is one of my rules, but

945

:

I was, I had to check something

946

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm-hmm.

947

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

then I checked my monitor really quick

948

:

before bed and it was spiking, which

is literally what I teach my clients.

949

:

But it was the first time I got to catch

it on the monitor and be like, I told

950

:

you, blue light raises your blood sugar.

951

:

Like get off of your phone at night.

952

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: What?

953

:

I didn't know

954

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yes,

955

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: That

956

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

yes, yes.

957

:

Um, because of the stress

signal and the cortisol.

958

:

The same thing with like, um, I've

noticed on my thing, every time I get

959

:

on the freeway, I spike, I get rest.

960

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617:

driver driving it spikes my cortisol.

961

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

I'm gonna be like, babe, you

962

:

have to drive me everywhere.

963

:

I'm so sorry.

964

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Wow.

965

:

The more

966

:

florencia-moynihan_1_05-29-2025_133617:

Yes.

967

:

Yeah.

968

:

So the reason I'm gonna say blood

sugar is because now you're focused on.

969

:

Um, eating enough, eating enough protein,

you're focusing on eating regularly.

970

:

You're focused on having meals that

are hearty and satiating protein is

971

:

essential to your hormone health, to your

energy, to you going to the bathroom.

972

:

And then longer term to like

avoiding things like Alzheimer's and

973

:

dementia, like having enough muscle

on your body is really critical.

974

:

So I would say if you had to

make like one shift, it would be.

975

:

Double the lean protein on your

plate and like start getting serious

976

:

about having structure in your life.

977

:

Eating regular meals at regular times,

like stop making your body wonder

978

:

if and when you're gonna feed it.

979

:

But instead, if we're like focusing on

blood sugar regulation, then your body

980

:

goes, yeah, every single morning we have

breakfast and a few hours later we have

981

:

lunch, and a few hours later we have

dinner, and then we have a nice break.

982

:

This is for the intermittent fasted

girlies or the people that are like.

983

:

My, one of my clients today was

like, my roommate just read a book on

984

:

intermittent fasting and I was like,

tell her to like, stop eating earlier

985

:

instead of like skipping breakfast.

986

:

Um, you like really wanna do if

f but yeah, I would say starting

987

:

with the blood sugar, because now

it's not just about like, what are

988

:

all the things I can't be eating?

989

:

It's about creating,

uh, rhythm and routine.

990

:

mari-wagner_1_05-29-2025_143617: Mm.

991

:

I love that.

992

:

And honestly, it makes a lot of common

sense, especially everything what you

993

:

were saying about like, your body wants

to know it's gonna get three meals a

994

:

day and that it's gonna be like in a

rhythmic pattern like at a normal hour.

995

:

I don't know what it is about.

996

:

Women and we struggle to

feed ourselves sometimes.

997

:

I like have a friend who's a content

creator and I saw her post on her

998

:

story, like my husband left me a note

on this little like lunch he made me

999

:

and and said, please eat lunch LOL.

:

00:44:06,269 --> 00:44:08,399

Why is that such a relatable reminder?

:

00:44:08,399 --> 00:44:11,519

And it's like, especially high achieving

women who are busy or who have a

:

00:44:11,519 --> 00:44:13,889

lot going on, it's like you're just

go, go, go in your day and then all

:

00:44:13,889 --> 00:44:16,469

of a sudden it's three o'clock and

you're like, oh, that's why I feel

:

00:44:16,469 --> 00:44:17,969

this way because I didn't eat lunch.

:

00:44:18,884 --> 00:44:19,174

-:

Yeah.

:

00:44:19,369 --> 00:44:21,799

And then, but then it's like, oh, ha ha.

:

00:44:22,579 --> 00:44:25,849

But then it's like, add that up 30 times.

:

00:44:26,119 --> 00:44:30,379

Times three, and now you've given your

body a hundred signals over the past

:

00:44:30,379 --> 00:44:33,829

three months that like things aren't

safe or that we don't have enough.

:

00:44:34,279 --> 00:44:37,639

And then we wonder why our periods

are like excruciating, or we wonder

:

00:44:37,639 --> 00:44:40,309

why it's MIA, or we wonder why

like our skin is freaking out.

:

00:44:40,309 --> 00:44:41,239

Like whatever it may be.

:

00:44:41,599 --> 00:44:44,719

It's like we forget to add up

that It's like the Oh ha ha.

:

00:44:44,719 --> 00:44:45,769

Like I keep forgetting.

:

00:44:45,889 --> 00:44:48,139

Which also I think that's

a great reminder of like.

:

00:44:48,369 --> 00:44:51,249

The Lord, if he wanted you to

photosynthesize, he would've made you that

:

00:44:51,249 --> 00:44:57,549

way, but like for whatever reason, he made

you to have these internal like needs,

:

00:44:57,579 --> 00:45:01,959

like your sleep, your hydration, your

hunger, these are internal needs to remind

:

00:45:01,959 --> 00:45:03,459

you that you are not self-sufficient.

:

00:45:04,069 --> 00:45:07,699

And that you are not just like a

random object that landed on this earth

:

00:45:07,729 --> 00:45:11,479

because like little amoeba multiplied

trillion years ago, like that is the

:

00:45:11,479 --> 00:45:13,279

most ridiculous lie I've ever heard.

:

00:45:13,369 --> 00:45:16,789

And I think sometimes women forget

to live like they're human and like

:

00:45:16,789 --> 00:45:19,038

they have a father that like once.

:

00:45:19,394 --> 00:45:20,984

Them to rely on him.

:

00:45:21,314 --> 00:45:24,584

And like that's how you can see

mealtime of it being like, oh, this

:

00:45:24,584 --> 00:45:28,724

is a reminder that I'm like, not, not

a ghost and I'm not a rock and I'm

:

00:45:28,724 --> 00:45:32,144

not like Holy Spirit Junior, but like

I have to stop and I have to eat.

:

00:45:32,534 --> 00:45:35,654

And it's like this little like

moment of kind of resignation of

:

00:45:35,654 --> 00:45:38,384

like, okay, Lord, like whatever's

going on, you can take care of it.

:

00:45:38,384 --> 00:45:39,554

But this is essential right now.

:

00:45:40,489 --> 00:45:43,609

-:

Yeah, and he made good whole foods

:

00:45:43,639 --> 00:45:48,139

and animal products so that we could

feed ourselves well, because it's more

:

00:45:48,224 --> 00:45:48,314

-:

And.

:

00:45:48,319 --> 00:45:49,369

-:

just stopping and eating.

:

00:45:49,369 --> 00:45:53,944

But it's like if we're eating packaged

stuff, refined sugars, processed foods,

:

00:45:54,244 --> 00:45:54,454

-:

Yeah,

:

00:45:54,679 --> 00:45:56,599

-:

like that's not gonna do any good

:

00:45:57,094 --> 00:45:57,874

-:

yeah, yeah.

:

00:45:57,994 --> 00:46:00,424

Like he didn't make you

to function off of like

:

00:46:00,829 --> 00:46:01,159

-:

:

00:46:01,714 --> 00:46:03,694

-:

and a a Celsius and a

:

00:46:03,694 --> 00:46:05,104

Snickers bar like that.

:

00:46:05,464 --> 00:46:06,694

That ain't in the Bible.

:

00:46:06,724 --> 00:46:07,384

You know what I'm saying?

:

00:46:09,229 --> 00:46:11,749

-:

ain't in the Bible, that's for sure.

:

00:46:12,829 --> 00:46:16,639

so then what advice would you give to

the women who's listening to this and

:

00:46:16,639 --> 00:46:19,219

is like, I relate a little bit too hard?

:

00:46:19,699 --> 00:46:22,609

You've definitely called me out

in the best way, but I feel I.

:

00:46:22,609 --> 00:46:25,024

Stuck, maybe, you know, she's exhausted.

:

00:46:25,024 --> 00:46:26,674

She's confused about her symptoms.

:

00:46:26,974 --> 00:46:27,904

She doesn't know where to begin.

:

00:46:27,904 --> 00:46:30,034

She's definitely asked that

question, who do I trust?

:

00:46:30,034 --> 00:46:31,024

What do I do?

:

00:46:31,024 --> 00:46:31,984

Where do I start?

:

00:46:32,314 --> 00:46:33,244

What advice would you give her?

:

00:46:34,994 --> 00:46:38,029

-:

My honest answer is grab your journal

:

00:46:38,539 --> 00:46:42,019

and go to the chapel today and.

:

00:46:42,529 --> 00:46:43,519

Just write out.

:

00:46:43,849 --> 00:46:46,399

And if you're like, oh,

Flo, I'm not a journaler.

:

00:46:46,729 --> 00:46:50,809

Make yourself a journaler just for

this one hour, because it's a really

:

00:46:50,809 --> 00:46:54,739

great way to slow down everything

that's in your brain and you

:

00:46:54,739 --> 00:46:57,589

probably have so many thoughts and

it pulls out one dominant thought.

:

00:46:58,099 --> 00:46:59,359

What is like the one thread?

:

00:46:59,719 --> 00:47:01,339

And if you're like, well, I

don't even know what I would say.

:

00:47:01,369 --> 00:47:02,089

I'm gonna give you a prompt.

:

00:47:02,089 --> 00:47:02,659

It's gonna be okay.

:

00:47:02,659 --> 00:47:05,419

And you just like make your pen

move and see what comes out.

:

00:47:05,479 --> 00:47:09,829

But I would sincerely, in front of the

Lord sit there and ask yourself, do

:

00:47:09,829 --> 00:47:11,359

I truly believe that I am made good?

:

00:47:13,264 --> 00:47:15,784

And like what comes up

when I see that phrase?

:

00:47:16,174 --> 00:47:17,704

Where is there resistance?

:

00:47:17,704 --> 00:47:19,084

Where is there frustration?

:

00:47:19,384 --> 00:47:21,454

Where is there um, fear?

:

00:47:21,904 --> 00:47:23,164

Where is there hope?

:

00:47:23,224 --> 00:47:25,054

Like whatever it may be that comes up.

:

00:47:25,354 --> 00:47:28,954

And then the second thing is, do I

believe that God wants me to be well?

:

00:47:30,169 --> 00:47:31,699

I think that's like a missing piece.

:

00:47:31,699 --> 00:47:37,789

A lot of the times that if you are

pretty deep into either your disordered

:

00:47:37,789 --> 00:47:42,589

eating or like your period symptoms

or your acne, whatever it may be, that

:

00:47:43,039 --> 00:47:47,030

sometimes I think we get lost in the lie

that this is just a cross that I have

:

00:47:47,035 --> 00:47:51,169

to carry and it would be unholy of me.

:

00:47:52,354 --> 00:47:56,644

To like carrying it well must mean that

I just have to shut up and deal with it.

:

00:47:57,274 --> 00:48:02,644

Whereas like the truth is like God

wants you to be well and like God wants

:

00:48:02,644 --> 00:48:05,044

your healing, he wants your physical

healing and your spiritual healing,

:

00:48:05,044 --> 00:48:08,014

and it's not always guaranteed that

every single thing is gonna be healed.

:

00:48:08,014 --> 00:48:09,274

Especially not on this side of heaven.

:

00:48:09,274 --> 00:48:13,414

Like we're gonna have physical

ailments, but you're allowed to try.

:

00:48:14,104 --> 00:48:16,984

Like, you're totally allowed to

care and you're totally allowed

:

00:48:16,984 --> 00:48:19,384

to be like, I, I do need help.

:

00:48:19,444 --> 00:48:21,934

And like, I don't want to live

like this and I want to know what

:

00:48:21,934 --> 00:48:23,944

it's like to like have a good life.

:

00:48:24,000 --> 00:48:27,634

Like, and I think, um, I just

want you to ask like, do you think

:

00:48:27,634 --> 00:48:29,224

that God cares about your body?

:

00:48:29,974 --> 00:48:32,494

Because that could be like a good

starting point to shift things

:

00:48:32,794 --> 00:48:34,504

and to start living differently.

:

00:48:34,744 --> 00:48:38,344

And then if you're like,

okay, done and done.

:

00:48:38,494 --> 00:48:41,614

Now give me a practical,

I'd say go ahead and start.

:

00:48:42,049 --> 00:48:45,019

Um, get your phone out of your room.

:

00:48:45,334 --> 00:48:47,824

The first and last hour of

your day, those belong to God.

:

00:48:48,274 --> 00:48:51,304

The first and last hour of day should

be like two of the most sacred hours

:

00:48:51,304 --> 00:48:56,074

of your entire life because he woke you

up again and that wasn't guaranteed.

:

00:48:56,434 --> 00:48:57,874

And now you're gonna

sleep and you don't know.

:

00:48:57,994 --> 00:48:59,104

You don't know what's

about to happen there.

:

00:48:59,104 --> 00:49:02,464

And so like that is, that is the

time to spend time with our Lord.

:

00:49:02,854 --> 00:49:05,314

And it's being robbed

and it's been given over.

:

00:49:05,314 --> 00:49:08,524

Like TikTok is God that you need to be

talking to in the morning and at night.

:

00:49:08,944 --> 00:49:10,714

Um, so I'd say get your

phone out of your room.

:

00:49:11,214 --> 00:49:14,124

Delay it for the first and

last hour of the morning and

:

00:49:14,124 --> 00:49:15,174

your energy's gonna be better.

:

00:49:15,684 --> 00:49:17,364

Your thyroid is gonna be functioning well.

:

00:49:17,364 --> 00:49:19,014

Your gut is gonna feel calmer.

:

00:49:19,254 --> 00:49:21,204

Your skin will be beautiful.

:

00:49:21,204 --> 00:49:26,034

You're gonna feel like you enjoy life

again, and that's gonna be worth it.

:

00:49:26,884 --> 00:49:27,364

-:

:

00:49:27,424 --> 00:49:30,184

Oh, I'm taking that

advice straight to heart.

:

00:49:30,184 --> 00:49:30,874

Next week?

:

00:49:31,679 --> 00:49:31,839

Tomorrow.

:

00:49:31,844 --> 00:49:32,104

Tomorrow.

:

00:49:32,464 --> 00:49:33,424

Starting tomorrow.

:

00:49:33,694 --> 00:49:34,444

Not next week.

:

00:49:34,924 --> 00:49:36,154

I'm such a Monday girl.

:

00:49:36,154 --> 00:49:38,104

I'm such a like, I will start on Monday.

:

00:49:38,134 --> 00:49:39,304

'cause that's a fresh new start.

:

00:49:39,604 --> 00:49:44,434

No, we're gonna start tomorrow on Friday.

:

00:49:45,584 --> 00:49:47,714

Because that makes total

sense for my type A brain.

:

00:49:47,984 --> 00:49:48,584

That's fine.

:

00:49:49,904 --> 00:49:51,824

no, that was such, such good advice.

:

00:49:51,824 --> 00:49:55,814

You have so much wisdom to share

and I love truly, I just want to

:

00:49:55,814 --> 00:49:58,274

tell you like the Lord has given

you a special grace to share this

:

00:49:58,274 --> 00:50:01,934

information because the way you're

speaking there is so much gentleness

:

00:50:01,934 --> 00:50:05,594

and love in it, as well as just like.

:

00:50:05,999 --> 00:50:09,779

The protective mama bear spirit of

like, and I need to tell you the truth.

:

00:50:09,809 --> 00:50:13,469

Like, and someone's gotta tell you what's

right, what's wrong, what's good for you,

:

00:50:13,469 --> 00:50:14,909

what's not, because I care about you.

:

00:50:14,909 --> 00:50:15,239

You know?

:

00:50:15,239 --> 00:50:18,749

So it's both the gentleness

and, um, kind of that firm hand

:

00:50:18,749 --> 00:50:19,949

that we needed to hear today.

:

00:50:19,949 --> 00:50:21,419

So thank you for

:

00:50:21,589 --> 00:50:21,859

-:

Thank you.

:

00:50:21,899 --> 00:50:22,649

-:

and sharing that.

:

00:50:22,739 --> 00:50:26,729

Do you have time for a few fun,

relatable, rapid fire questions?

:

00:50:27,029 --> 00:50:27,319

-:

go.

:

00:50:27,349 --> 00:50:27,949

What you got?

:

00:50:28,409 --> 00:50:28,769

-:

:

00:50:29,159 --> 00:50:32,879

I wanna know, what is your one

non-negotiable part of your daily routine?

:

00:50:33,529 --> 00:50:34,009

-:

Morning walk.

:

00:50:35,134 --> 00:50:36,364

-:

Ooh, I love that.

:

00:50:36,364 --> 00:50:38,224

I wanna incorporate that this summer.

:

00:50:38,824 --> 00:50:40,024

What time of day do you do that?

:

00:50:40,024 --> 00:50:41,854

Like, do you like wake up

and just go on your walk?

:

00:50:42,514 --> 00:50:42,874

-:

Yeah.

:

00:50:42,874 --> 00:50:45,724

I also like, like biggest

health hack of all time.

:

00:50:45,784 --> 00:50:46,594

Get yourself a dog.

:

00:50:46,624 --> 00:50:47,719

You have a golden retriever, right?

:

00:50:47,819 --> 00:50:48,019

-:

:

00:50:48,184 --> 00:50:48,364

I do.

:

00:50:48,364 --> 00:50:53,164

That's why I wanna go, because his vet

was like, he needs to shave a few pounds.

:

00:50:53,164 --> 00:50:54,124

He's a little junky.

:

00:50:54,124 --> 00:50:56,014

And I was like, yeah, that's on me.

:

00:50:56,314 --> 00:50:56,639

-:

So fast.

:

00:50:56,644 --> 00:50:57,484

-:

walk more.

:

00:50:59,104 --> 00:51:00,424

-:

Yeah, mine is sleeping

:

00:51:00,424 --> 00:51:01,289

right here at my feet.

:

00:51:01,589 --> 00:51:01,809

-:

:

00:51:02,344 --> 00:51:03,784

-:

if you want the health hack of all health

:

00:51:03,784 --> 00:51:06,214

hacks, get yourself a golden retriever.

:

00:51:06,604 --> 00:51:09,364

Um, I'm gonna say golden retriever

specifically 'cause I'm a golden retriever

:

00:51:09,364 --> 00:51:12,574

supremacist and they're so sweet and

they'll go with you anywhere, anytime.

:

00:51:12,574 --> 00:51:14,494

Whereas my sister's

dogs will be like Uhuh.

:

00:51:14,854 --> 00:51:14,944

Um.

:

00:51:15,679 --> 00:51:16,999

But yeah, morning walk.

:

00:51:17,089 --> 00:51:19,219

Um, and especially having a

dog is kind of a game changer.

:

00:51:19,219 --> 00:51:21,469

'cause then it's like, oh, I'm

like hurting him if he doesn't go

:

00:51:21,469 --> 00:51:22,309

out for a thing in the morning.

:

00:51:22,699 --> 00:51:25,759

Um, and instead of just let, if you

have a yard, instead of just letting

:

00:51:25,759 --> 00:51:27,439

them out into the yard, go walk them.

:

00:51:27,859 --> 00:51:28,339

Take them.

:

00:51:28,339 --> 00:51:30,079

And that's your walk and his walk.

:

00:51:30,409 --> 00:51:32,479

Um, but that's like a

non-negotiable every single day.

:

00:51:32,794 --> 00:51:33,074

Mm-hmm.

:

00:51:33,094 --> 00:51:33,814

-:

:

00:51:34,444 --> 00:51:34,834

Two.

:

00:51:35,074 --> 00:51:38,494

What is your go-to nourishing

meal when life gets busy?

:

00:51:38,494 --> 00:51:40,504

I feel like this is something we

all wanna know because life is

:

00:51:40,504 --> 00:51:42,844

busy, so like what's a go-to meal?

:

00:51:43,639 --> 00:51:46,069

-:

Let's say like the busiest.

:

00:51:46,669 --> 00:51:50,059

The busiest is where I

am not even gonna cook.

:

00:51:50,179 --> 00:51:51,109

That's like real, real.

:

00:51:51,169 --> 00:51:57,139

Like the week I come home from Zeek,

so Trader Joe's, the pack of the

:

00:51:57,169 --> 00:51:59,509

just chicken, the one that's cooked

in olive oil, salt and pepper.

:

00:51:59,599 --> 00:51:59,929

That's it.

:

00:52:00,829 --> 00:52:03,289

Pre grilled, pull it outta the

box so you can eat it cold.

:

00:52:03,289 --> 00:52:03,949

It'll be fine.

:

00:52:04,339 --> 00:52:07,729

And I am a big salad girl in

like the spring and summer.

:

00:52:07,969 --> 00:52:09,019

In the winter.

:

00:52:09,319 --> 00:52:11,509

I would say I would probably, um.

:

00:52:12,049 --> 00:52:12,349

Do that.

:

00:52:12,349 --> 00:52:15,229

Maybe like pour it in some bone

broth, chop up some mushrooms,

:

00:52:15,439 --> 00:52:18,349

add some coconut aminos, and now

I have like a little Asian soup.

:

00:52:18,994 --> 00:52:19,609

-:

:

00:52:19,909 --> 00:52:20,239

-:

Yep.

:

00:52:20,569 --> 00:52:21,259

-:

:

00:52:22,339 --> 00:52:23,149

last one.

:

00:52:23,149 --> 00:52:25,969

If you could shout one message

from the rooftops to every

:

00:52:25,969 --> 00:52:27,784

woman of God, what would it be?

:

00:52:28,609 --> 00:52:29,749

-:

God made you good.

:

00:52:30,289 --> 00:52:32,899

He loves you and you are like so lovable.

:

00:52:33,349 --> 00:52:36,139

I'll cry right now, but like,

I don't think, you know how.

:

00:52:37,474 --> 00:52:39,184

-:

We're on this podcast.

:

00:52:41,754 --> 00:52:43,399

-:

I was just like, I don't think

:

00:52:43,399 --> 00:52:45,709

you know how lovable you are.

:

00:52:46,129 --> 00:52:50,569

And I think that that's part of

the struggle is that you think

:

00:52:50,569 --> 00:52:54,439

that you don't like deserve good

things or that no one cares like

:

00:52:54,439 --> 00:52:57,079

what you do or don't do, but like.

:

00:52:57,679 --> 00:53:01,069

One, I care and God cares like you.

:

00:53:01,129 --> 00:53:03,709

Your life is so precious and

like you're the only you.

:

00:53:03,709 --> 00:53:05,119

There's never gonna be another you.

:

00:53:05,209 --> 00:53:06,949

And that's like why

you have to get better.

:

00:53:07,249 --> 00:53:09,289

Like it's, it's like

time you have to focus.

:

00:53:09,289 --> 00:53:12,949

And that getting better might be like

recovering from your eating disorder.

:

00:53:13,129 --> 00:53:14,239

It might be like.

:

00:53:14,494 --> 00:53:17,764

Going and praying again, like whatever,

getting better means for you, but like

:

00:53:17,764 --> 00:53:22,834

I hope that you know how much he loves

you and that he's not mad at you, and

:

00:53:22,834 --> 00:53:25,984

that he delights in you and that he

made you good and he made you for good

:

00:53:25,984 --> 00:53:27,544

things and he has good plans for you.

:

00:53:28,804 --> 00:53:30,724

-:

Mic drop right there.

:

00:53:30,904 --> 00:53:32,944

We're gonna end the podcast on that.

:

00:53:33,364 --> 00:53:34,354

Save that clip.

:

00:53:34,354 --> 00:53:36,034

Everybody flow.

:

00:53:36,124 --> 00:53:36,994

Thank you.

:

00:53:37,024 --> 00:53:38,104

Thank you for coming on today.

:

00:53:38,104 --> 00:53:41,764

Where can everybody find more

of you and even work with you?

:

00:53:42,304 --> 00:53:43,294

-:

Yes, thank you again

:

00:53:43,294 --> 00:53:44,314

for having me on Mari.

:

00:53:44,524 --> 00:53:47,494

Um, you can put me on Instagram

at the Catholic Nutritionist.

:

00:53:47,854 --> 00:53:50,554

Uh, my website is the

catholic nutritionist.com

:

00:53:50,824 --> 00:53:54,484

and then my podcast is made

good on Spotify and Apple.

:

00:53:55,369 --> 00:53:55,819

-:

Beautiful.

:

00:53:55,819 --> 00:53:57,469

We'll make sure to link

those in the show notes.

:

00:53:57,469 --> 00:53:58,309

Everybody can find you.

:

00:53:59,044 --> 00:53:59,914

-:

Thank you.

:

00:54:00,229 --> 00:54:01,099

-:

Thanks girl.
